a little while ago i did a series of collages were i took images of cats and “created” clothes out of painted vellum for them. one of these collages was taken from my flickr site and turned into an internet meme known as hipster kitty (http://www.google.com/search?client=safari&rls=en&q=hipster+kitty&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-80) essentially the internet ate a piece of my art and turned it into a ever collaborating beast. here is the piece entitled “Allison” collage, acrylic ink, spray paint

Today I learned that my art theory teacher is the “Allison” this painting’s title refers to. She owns this piece, apparently.
