This’ll cover the basics, such as financial expectation, rental history, what to bring for the application process, etc.
Also, when you decide on a place, take pictures of everything exactly how it is when you do your walk-through. Note anything that’s broken, chipped, cracked, whatever. Have them fix it before you move in if it’s serious. If not, keep those documented for when you leave so you can get your security deposit back.

I miss you too <3 But apparently this getting out of class early thing should be pretty regular so hopefully (when the weather isn’t a sack of taints) I can just swing by your place for parks after class!!! Also a lot of people from my first research class are there and they were all really nice and I already made the class laugh so I’m feeling better.
